System Selection  

Air Cooled • Refrigeration system can "split" between  indoor air conditioner and outdoor aircooled heat rejection unit or packaged with  both evaporator and condenser outside. • Compressors can be located in the indoor  or outdoor equipment. • Field installed refrigerant pipelines (two per  compressor or circuit) may interconnect  indoor and outdoor units. Packaged units  are provided with all refrigerant pipelines  installed and tested. • For split systems, refrigerant piping design  is critical. The design must address pressure  losses, refrigerant velocities, oil return, and  traps. • Excellent for multiple units and expanding  installations. Packaged systems are selfcontained, stand-alone modules.

Correct operation and daily maintenance and repair, only only can extend unit's lifetime, but also can highly improve the efficiency and reduce energy consumption. It is suggested that it is operated, managed and maintained by professional technical workers.  It also requires checking the unit periodically and judging whether the unit runs in normal condition. If something wrong happens, please handle in time, and record monthly, seasonal and annual maintenance data, which is convenient for further faults in the further.

1). ensure the ground-line wiring symbol and wiring column in the electric box are tightly connected with ground;

2). monthly check the power supply and con compressor's phase voltage;

5). periodically check unit's running status, check system's highlow-pressure and oil level are normal or not. If something wrong happens, handle them in time;
